Ever I say! Seriously, you have to try this recipe from Dinner: A Love Story. It’s one of my favorite food/recipe blogs. The story of how this recipe came about is entertaining too.

It’s one of those recipes that have endless variations. I did Rosemary/Onion/Cranberry/Veggie Stock variation. How awesome would apple cider and lemon and baked apples be? Also, I used a 1.7 lb pork loin. So it only needed about 35 minutes in the braising liquid. I took it out when it registered about 150 degrees on my digital thermometer, wrapped it in foil while I reduced the cooking liquid. I strained it put it back in the pan and reduced it further until I had a nice gravy!
