I’ve been trying to make a batch of this every weekend to last us the week.
Creamy Herb & Mustard Dressing
1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
3 tablespoons Mixed Herbs (Parsley, Thyme, Dill, etc.)
1 tablespoon grated Red Onion
1 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely mixed.
Add more milk to adjust the thickness of the dressing.
Store covered in the fridge for a week.
